DECLAN SWEENEY
CO-FOUNDER
Declan is one of the visionary co-founders behind ProConnect Partners. With over two decades of experience of managing global technical teams, Declan has long been a driving force in leveraging offshore capabilities to empower businesses, cultivate collaborations, and unlock unprecedented growth. Drawing on his extensive background of offshore team management, Declan has seamlessly integrated Irish ingenuity with Indian technical prowess, forging an alliance that transcends geographical boundaries.
A key aspect of Declan’s success lies in his close-knit relationships with his partners on the ground in India. Along with his co-founder, Nat, he had cultivated a collaborative ecosystem where employees thrive on teamwork, professional development and business excellence. Beyond his contribution as a co-founder, Declan’s talents extend to his role as a transformational business coach. In this role, he continues to lend his strategic insights to numerous Irish SME owner/managers, guiding them through challenges and opportunities with a keen understanding of the modern business landscape.
Natarajan Ramanathan
CO-FOUNDER
Nat, an Electronics & Communication Engineer, has been part of the electronics manufacturing and IT services industry for over 28 years. In the manufacturing sector, he was involved in the design, engineering and manufacturing of electronic components and equipment. His IT experience spans close to two decades and includes senior roles in IT infrastructure, network management, datacentre design & build and SAP ERP.
A certified project management professional (PMI), six sigma green belt and a handful of other technology & process-oriented certifications – he has contributed to TQM, ISO and BS7799 processes. As ProConnect Partners’ lead on the ground in India, Nat’s ability to build, develop and manage teams, while prioritising personnel welfare are key aspects to our company’s success. During his association with Declan, spanning close to a decade, Nat has delighted many clients by delivering high-quality technical solutions, meeting client requirements in agreed timelines.
